What Can I Offer

What I can offer a Client

Many people have found counselling and therapy a helpful way of exploring issues and difficulties in their lives.

Fred the Counsellor offers individuals and trainees one to one, face to face short and long term Person Centred Counselling.

The care, warmth and compassion which are central to the way I work will put you at your ease and help you to express what it is that concerns you. The therapy I provide offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Are you feeling as though you need some support, perhaps unsure where/who to turn to…?
Now might be the time to make contact and coming to talk to me could help.

Perhaps you may be finding it hard to cope with life in general or finding difficulties in managing a specific concern in your life.  You may find it easier and more helpful to talk with someone face to face outside of your immediate social or family circle.

I am mindful and aware of how important it is to the wellbeing of the client and ourselves to continue to develop our skills and so I am active on our journey in professional development, to ensure I stay up to date with my skills, and further develop our qualifications and training.
